Description: How many times have you heard that in your work environment? More times then most are willing to admit. Participants are giving a task to complete which they must complete with limited resources, none of which seem too logical given the situation. Each task is designed specifically for the clients’ particular needs and range from intense problem-solving to humorous.

Focus: This program focuses on critical thinking and team development skills as well as the foundations of team building concepts; trust, cooperation, communication, leadership styles and helps to establish new and stronger relationships.

Modifications: We can address any specific needs that you may wish to emphasize to meet, and exceed, you goals. Additional challenges arise when participants are on showshoes and/or nordic skis during winter.
