Description: Rock & Rope is a combination of rock climbing and rope courses which is facilitated by our certified rock climbing instructors. Throughout this program your safety is our number one concern. Participants will be asked to perform in several key functions, such as belay, similar to what may be asked of them in the corporate world.

Focus: Both programs accentuate team work, communication, leadership, trust, cooperation, coaching, goal setting and risk taking. Rock climbing develops self confidence and satisfaction while the rope course demands cooperation and plan development.

Modifications: We understand that not every individual will feel comfortable participating in these programs and we understand those that decide at which level they chose to participate in. Those that have chosen not to participate directly with the activity will be incorporated into other roles which will have as much impact on their experience as being an active participant of the activity.
