Description: Don’t be fooled by the name. Unlike the popular TV show, this program is meant to unite all members of the team into one. Individuals, or small groups of individuals, are each taught a specific skill relating to surviving in the wilderness and then are bought together and placed in a situation in which they must rely on each other for survival; a nights stay in the northern hardwoods. Each “pack” has one item which the other packs could use.

Focus: This program focuses on the dynamics of team building; trust, communication and collaboration and group decision making process, as well as leadership.

Modifications: We can address any specific needs that you may wish to emphasize to meet, and exceed, you goals. This program can be offered in the winter with participants building winter shelters.

Location: This program is best suited in a wilderness setting such as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, but can at any location of your choosing.
